How to Order

Step 1 - Login / Register (Optional)

Ordering products on Cannabliss Gardens does not require a customer to create or sign in to a website account.

  • You can order products on our website as a guest, but having an account has several advantages.
  • Select Login / Register, and you will be prompted to either login or register for a Cannabliss Gardens account.
  • Either follow the prompts to complete the registration process or log in to access your account.

Step 2 - Choose your products and add them to the shopping cart

Browse through the shop and choose the products you want to buy.

Use our intuitive online platform to browse through our curated selection of cannabis products.

  • Select a product you are interested in and click to review the product’s information, images, and more.
  • Depending on the type of product, you might be able to select different options (like colour and size) and select a quantity.
  • You can click the Add to Cart button to select the product.
  • After adding a product to the cart, you can continue shopping or click the cart notification to open the shopping cart.

Step 3 - Place your order

Confirm your details through our secure checkout process.

  • Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the top-right corner of the screen and click on the Cart button.
  • From here, you have two options: View Cart and Checkout.
    • Clicking the View Cart button opens your shopping cart.
      • From here, you can change the individual quantity of products and remove products from your cart.
      • To change the quantity of a product, you can click on the left and right arrow to adjust the amount as needed.
      • To delete an item from the cart, click the X at the far right of the product.
      • You can enter a coupon code at any point while viewing your cart.
    • Clicking the Checkout button opens the checkout page, where the customer will enter their shipping information, review their order, and complete their purchase. Our checkout page is protected by SSL to keep your data safe and secure.
      • The customer enters their information such: email address, shipping address, and phone number.
      • You also have the option to include any additional notes about your order, e.g. special notes for delivery under the Additional information section.
      • After reviewing the information and verifying everything is complete and correct, the customer can click Place order to place their order.
      • After clicking Place order, an Order received page will display, and the customer will receive an email confirmation.

Step 4 - Pay for your order

Send your money directly using online or mobile banking.

  • At this time, we only accept payments through Interac e-Transfer via online banking.
  • Please make the payment to the email address given to you on the Order received page.
    • Alternatively, you will find payment instructions within the email confirmation delivered to your inbox after placing an order.
  • Your order will not be processed or shipped until the funds have been deposited into our account.
  • How to send an Interac e-Transfer to Cannabliss Gardens:
    1. Log in to your bank’s online website or mobile banking app and navigate to Send Interac e-Transfer.
    2. Select the account you would like funds to be sent from.
    3. Add or select a contact and fill out the name and email address or mobile phone number of the person you wish to send money to.
    4. Type in the specified amount you are sending, along with a personalized message (please write order number here). Enter a security question and answer.
    5. We will receive a notification and will deposit the funds to our account.

Step 5 - Get your order delivered

Sit back, relax and let us take care of everything else!

  • Once your payment has been accepted and deposited on our end, your order will be processed and packaged.
  • Processing speeds vary but can take up to three business days before an order is processed and packaged by our shipping department.
    • We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible.
    • Once an order ships, the customer will receive an email notification with their tracking information.
    • Shipping is very discreet, the packaging is not branded in any way. Additionally, no mention of Cannabliss Gardens is included as an extra precaution.
  • Please allow Canada Post 2-5 business days to deliver your package from the date in which it was shipped.
